Ingredients:
2 cups spring water
½ cup powdered sea moss
½ tsp key lime juice
Instructions
Heat two cups of water on a stove top to a boiling temperature.
Measure one 1/4 cup of sea moss powder to a bowl Make sure the bowl can hold at least two cups of liquid.
Pour the hot water over the sea moss carefully. Use a small spatula to gently stir the ingredients together before blending.
Pour the powder and water mix into the blender and let blend for one minute, or until you notice it is has thickened well.
When the powder and hot water have been well blended remove the lid and pour the gel into a sterile glass jar with a lid.
Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator. It should last around one month refrigerated. After cooling place in freezer bags for longer storage and use.
